How to use your relationship with your apparatus and your audience to guide and create.

Hands and shoulders, knees and toes! Ankles heels and elbows!
Starting from force analysis and anatomy, these tips and tricks for hanging by various body parts will help you get in and out of position- safely and creatively. -
Lion rolls, barrel rolls, elbow rolls, beats, and some funky things I found in between.
-
Levers, balances, crocodiles, flags… how to work towards these impressive tricks. This class is useful for everyone, but especially female bodies- our weight distribution can be drastically different from mens’!

Beginner-intermediate; advanced students should check out the aforementioned teachers!

Handstands are part of my regular training- not only are they fun and addictive, they’re wonderful for working the opposition muscles to aerial!
This class focuses on the basics of handstands from a “circus” perspective: good practices for healthy shoulders and technique for tricks and performance.
